The Pulse, located at 101 W. Broadway in St. Peter MN, is a unique studio that will offer you Personalized fitness classes.  Members will enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and a lot of attention.  Amenities also include Massage Therapy.  We want to help you get fit, stay fit, and live well.  We are dedicated to keeping things fresh and forward with our instructors, studio classes and equipment.

Charles and Rachel More opened The Pulse in December of 2007.  Rachel has been teaching group fitness classes and personal training since 1995.  She has been teaching in the St. Peter and surrounding area since 1997.  She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Physical Education with emphasis on Corporate and Community Health and Wellness.  Her current certifications include American Council on Exercise (Personal Training), Aerobics and Fitness Assoc. of America (Group Fitness) and Stott Pilates.  She has gone to some of the biggest fitness conventions in the country to stay current on the latest forms of exercises and equipment.  Since fall of 2007, she has been teaching activity classes in the Health and Exercise Science Dept. at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter.

 

Kelly Holland

Kelly Holland is registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT, 200 which means she has completed over 1000 hours of teaching.   She has a strong focus on Vinyasa (flow) Yoga with elements of power, hot and yoga-fit.  Kelly teaches all levels of yoga ranging from beginner to advanced and has worked with students ages 2-92.   If you have any questions about the upcoming classes please call Kelly at 507-304-0974.

Our I hour Vinyasa class will focus on core and upper body strength with some balance poses, standing poses and other challenges thrown in for fun!  All levels welcome.

“I have been teaching several styles of yoga in southern MN for over 12 years to students ranging in age from 2 to 92. My goal is to provide accessible yoga to all levels and to help students create a practice that meets their specific needs. I teach with a focus on building strength, balance and an awareness of how this ancient practice can enhance your life.”

Rebekka is a fitness enthusiast who works out for the sheer joy of it.  She has been teaching group fitness classes since 2006 as a passionate hobby.  She holds a degree in Chemistry with a Math minor and is Quality Control Manager at a small pharmaceutical company in Eagan.
