The Pulse offers great mind/body awareness classes taught by wonderful, certified instructors. Our instructors are Stott Pilates or Yogafit certified. We offer classes as well as one-to-one training for both practices.

Rachel More is a Stott Pilates certified Mat instructor. She has been certified and teaching Pilates since 2001. “Pilates is a great mode of exercise which continues to evolve with the fitness industry. The current fitness “buzz” word is mobility- Stott Pilates has always been about mobility, flexibility and strengthening all of your small stabilizer muscles. “We have added props and more motion to many exercises and are working on strengthening your Core to gain strength in a neutral spine position”. We have a couple different options for Pilates on our class schedule. One-on-one Personal Training sessions are also available (for prices, see personal training fees).
Kelly Holland is registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT, 200 which means she has completed over 1000 hours of teaching. She has a strong focus on Vinyasa (flow) Yoga with elements of power, hot and yoga-fit. Kelly teaches all levels of yoga ranging from beginner to advanced and has worked with students ages 2-92.
